Anie's One Stop Shop review: Worst service ever received by the owner of the business

Me and my mom bought a top loader washing machine at a local secondhand shop in George Western Cape, the name of the shop is Anie's one stop shop. The machine was bought early in Jan 2023 and we experienced technical issues with the machine, reported it and they kept on promising to send out a driver to pick it up and have a look at it, which they never did. I decided on Saturday the 21st Jan to load it in my car and drop it off. Me my mom and my younger brother went to the shop. I started to introduce myself and explain the issue, the lady didn't even wait for me to finish my sentence and she started shouting. I asked her to calm down and listen to what I have to say. Yoh big mistake, she went on shouting "no you listen to me, this is my shop, and you will listen to what I have to say, my driver is on leave and before we put anything on our floor it gets tested..." and she went on. I asked politely why you are shouting, why can't you listen to what I have to say, sjoeh! I told them it was the worst service I ever experience and politely asked for a refund. I was told straight away "we don't do refunds". There was no display of "no refunds visible not even on the slip. I said to them it was not the first time I was buying there but definitely the last. There was a muscular guy standing by the door as we walked out, he is probably the owner's son. He went on" yeah you think your clever, coming here thinking that our shop will close because of you" So inhumane. Who treat people like this?
