Ed Movsesian was the person who sold us our windows here in Arizona. He lied about how long it would take and how the whole process would go. After reading my contract, I should have heard from someone from Anderson to get approval on my loan before it expired. No one called me. Ed never followed up to let us know the status of anything after his initial visit. When I called and complained and questioned the contract expiring, Dorothy Mae Christensen miraculously had an opening the next day. Some how our windows were ready 2 weeks before our original day scheduled. The installers were fine and the windows are good, but they weren’t able to complete the job because they needed another screen. So, we have to wait another month for a screen. And then someone from their office had the nerve to call me and say “one we complete the job, can you give us a 5 star review so we get a bigger bonus?” I cannot believe he said this to me. When I reached out to Ed, he was indifferent. Dorothy is looking for final payment on one of the windows, and I did let her know that we will pay once the job is completed. Unlike the employees here in AZ, we will hold up our end of the agreement. And, at the end of the day, we would never refer anyone to Andersen windows unless you can find someone to oversee AZ to get the job completed correctly.
