scam alert!
This company consists of scammers.
I, just like many other people, got a call from them saying that my computer was attacked by lots of viruses and that their system had caught signals going from my PC (what?). Who would believe this crap?
The representative recommended me to visit their website as soon as possible to get further instructions and call them back after I do it.
I said I wasn't going to do that and it probably offended him, he started threatening. And then I hung up.

I received a call from an agent of this website who insisted that I had a virus on my computer. He proceeded to direct me to this site. When I challenged him he bacame very abusive! This is obviously a bogus website!
I was also contacted by these Scammers claiming to be working on behalf of Microsoft. Luckily, I did not fall for the scam, mainly because I saw a warning on the actual AMMYY website. My question is, why is this website still allowed to exist? Surely, if everyone knows that they are Scammers and that they are, at best, scaring people and at worst defrauding them of lots of money, the site should be removed! I lived in Saudi Arabia for a few years and they often block websites so I know that it can be done. Since they are claiming to work for Microsoft, I think Microsoft should be the ones to take action.
Also, unhelpful comments from IT experts saying "it was obviously a scam - dur!" are just as annoying as being scammed - not everyone has the time or skills to understand their computers fully and these scammers sound very convincing.
