I have used Amerovent since 2017. I have always been appreciative of the friendliness of Andrew. He is professional and does a great job keeping my dryer functioning the way it should. The best part is I don't have to climb up on the roof any more to check the roof vent or worry about any potential fire hazard!

I contacted them one day and they responded very quickly. Ryan, there service man arrived ahead of schedule and promptly went to work checking and cleaning the roof vent. Then he came inside and cleaned everything, which was much needed. He found a break in the hose from the dryer and repaired that too. Awesome job!

Amerovent was a wonderful company to work with. Ryan was able to come out to clean my dryer vent within a matter of days and did a wonderful job. He was on time and very friendly! I thought that I needed a new dryer but thanks to a friend for a referral for Amerovent my dryer works great. I would highly recommend Amerovent!

Excellent company and have used for several years every six months. It's needed with the massive amounts of laundry done each day in our home with activities galore. I was very much impressed with the professionalism and the courtesy shown me by the technician Ryan I have recommended this company to many of our friends and I'm sure in the future they will call and make contact and do business with Amerovent . I now feel safer with a chance of fire in the van has been reduced and the dryer works to perfection !

Our technician was also fantastic: timely, efficient and informative. In addition, their prices were very reasonable. You can't go wrong with Amerovent. The service was excellent.

Ryan our technician was on time, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He went up on the roof and explained to me (while I was on the ground) what he was doing, which was nice. When he came inside the house, he wore "booties" and a mask, and he moved the dryer and washing machine without leaving any marks on the floor. He did a terrific cleaning job and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Amerovent to do your vent cleaning. Ryan did a great job! Excellent service!

I highly recommend this very professional vent cleaning company and employee Andrew. They called before they came, and they were on time. In this market, that is very refreshing. He was safety conscious and Clean up after himself. He left no mess. As a realtor, dryer vent cleaning comes up from time to time. I will highly recommend a Merrill vent to all of my clients. I had used Amerovent in the past for a dryer cleaning and went with them again. The service rep arrived on time and cleaned out the vent. No issues or problems with the work done. This was more of a prevention visit than a dryer problem - but it is nice to know that things have been cleaned and the dryer should continue to function well. When it is time for that cleaning again - I will go with this same company.

We continue to use Amerovent because they do a great job. Andrew, and all the technicians are always courteous and professional. My husband is a firefighter. We understand the true risk and frequency of dryer fires. Our neighbor now uses Amerovent at our suggestion. She was shocked at the residue from her dryer vents. She too is now on a regular schedule with Amerovent. They serve us in SW Florida. Call them to ensure you and your family are safe.

Perfect! I hire Amerovent annually for all properties I own or have owned (including rentals) to clean dryer vents. The results are the dryers work more efficiently and I don't have to worry about vents getting clogged and causing a fire. This year was slightly more challenging for me with some heath issues, I needed to request someone vaccinated and masked to come to my home. Amerovent was more than happy to accommodate my request. Great people, Great company, Great SERVICE! I will continue to use them yearly.

Amerovent was quick to respond, and very punctual for the appointment. The technician (Andrew) was very knowledgeable, and skilled at his job. He quickly resolved our problem. He then gave several tips to help us from having this issue again in the near future. He advised us when we should expect to have to reschedule to keep our vent clear. He cleaned up so well after the job was complete that the area looked better than it did when he arrived. I am totally satisfied with the services provided to me by Areovent, and would heartily recommend them.

I researched Amerovent on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. The reviews were positive. Armed with that knowledge I felt they were the company to call. I was correct. The appointment was set and the tech arrived on time. He even called to say he was on his way to my residence. He did a great job. He followed CDC protocol which is very important. He respected my home and took great care not to make a mess. He solved my dryer issue. I no longer have to run my dryer for two plus cycles to dry clothes. I will definitely use their service in the future and highly recommend them to my friends.

The service was recommended by my real estate broker for my new home. She recommended Amerovent. Their agent, Andrew M gave me a competitive quote, and we set an appointment during hurricane ETA. He came as scheduled after the danger was over. I asked him questions which he answered to my satisfaction. He cleaned theVent pipe from the top and found a clogged up screen. He then cleaned thoroughly from behind the dryer, found and cleaned a clogged area towards the roof. I was completely happy with his professionalism, his courtesy, and effectiveness. I plan to use this service on a periodic basis.

I have been a property manager for over thirty years, so I have dealt with a fair share of vent cleaners over time. I had a situation in a unit where a wall had to be opened to assess the situation. My GC accompanied the gentleman from Amerovent while he cleaned a three story stack.
He was so impressed with the work that was done he made it a point to call me to tell me what an efficient and thorough job had been conducted.
Four months previous I had been told by rather popular vent cleaning company that the stacks were deteriorated and had to be replaced throughout the buildings. Actually this was found not to be true, the reality was that company just did a very poor job.
I would recommend Amerovent without hesitation.
