Paid for room through booking.com February 3. Checked in Feb 8. Female desk clerk checked us in and we go to room to unpack, keycards work, and then go out to eat. We return 2 hours later after eating keycards dont work. We go down to lobby and a male clerk states in order to activate keycard he needs bank card to prove who we are. We return to room and finally get in and my wife says I had better check our account. I check account and male desk clerk had charged card. I go back down to lobby and female desk clerk is there. I start to explain to her male desk clerk charged my card then male desk clerk hearing me rushes out of back room pushing female desk clerk out of way yelling at me repeatedly "there's no problem". He prints off and hands me some phony receipt saying no problem. Card charged Feb 10
