American Tax Pro – Return payment not received

I'm pretty sure they lied to me and ripped me off I filed for taxes paper file on January or February 10th and that was the second time I filed to them I'm the first time was electric and found out my name was being used so I was being used without my permission... Second time when I filed paper they told me it'd be here by July it's almost August I still haven't gotten it and they're horrible about getting back nobody ever answers or is there to answer I want my money so I'm supposed to get back this is absolutely ridiculous poor service all in all yes they were nice at first but then really nobody there nobody answers nobody calls back nobody emails back
