American Standard Toilet Champion 4 review: Round model does not flush all waste

I bought a champion round toilet 4 series and it does not remove all waste. The one advertised with golf balls. The sent me another round bowl but still sticks.

I believe this model is not letting enough water in bowl. I should get elongated

model and hope it let in more water. I hope American standard swint it to elongated model. The model I bought is 4149a round and does not flush waste.

If American standard could just send me a elongated bottom and I could change and hope that solves problem
