False advertising regarding an estate liquidation sale.
Produced an add for quick estate sale on four log home packages. Internet search revealed ad had ran for nearly two years. A lady named Katie Wilson contacted me after I inquired for more information. She advised this was a first come first serve deal on four of their cabin packages.. I researched the address of their supposed "cabin showroom" and found it was a small office in a complex in Waxhaw North Carolina. She wanted me to wire her the sale price of the cabin the next day to secure my package deal and delivery was free and negotiable. The website looks professional and legit. Be warned.
Desired outcome: I want to let others know that this is a fraud. Even though it looks good. I wish the State of North Carolina could let people know or take down the website.

Not that this site has any credibility, this isn't even the name of our company. But American Log Homes and Cabins does. I'm not sure why you didn't take advantage of the sale that we have advertised many times and sold many houses, usually is a money issue. We can't release all of the kits that are on sale at the same time because it would disrupt production for our dealers. So we have released a few a year over the last several years. But it's definitely not fraud. Fraud would be if we didn't deliver. And with our A+ rating with the BBB and our amazing reviews with Google, https://g.page/r/CWkIgN8YhqwqEB0/review, that is not the case.
