Total scam, total fraud, and total waste of money. do not trust them. Hire anyone else. I was told by the foundation workers for my house I had a sewer line leak. I called American Leak Detection and they sent Josh on 01/27/2022, not wearing a mask, breathing in my face. I told Josh I had a leak and he said with a negative tone, "maybe". shortly after that he said uh yes there is a leak but he cant do a leak detection because I have a 3 inch pipe and there should be a 4 inch pipe. I am like what? there is hundreds of houses in this community all like mine over 40 years old all with 3 inch pipes why was I not told before they came they cant do a leak detection on these homes build before 1980? He said he can change the pipe to 4 inches for $750. later after getting the invoice it says $950, he just added a few hundred more just for fun. He did NOT do a leak detection and tried to charge me $275 for nothing. I Told him no, I should not be charge because he did do anything and he said he had to charge me and then I said the charge is $250 not 275, I am supposed to get a military discount. he called me a liar and said no, we went back and forth and then he lied and said the $275 is with the discount. I told him no its not. He called someone and finally changed the price to $250, but keep in mind he did not do any leak detection, NOTHING. He asked me to sign his tablet that was blank, no writing. I said what is this he said that is the bill. I said there is nothing here its blank and he said that is how the company does it so I signed a blank form. 3 days later I got an invoice saying I agreed with their service and it was satisfactory and my name was on it and I NEVER agreed and never signed that. My name was fraudulently attached to the supporting documents they sent me. they are a total scam. total fraud and people should run from them.

Desired outcome: I still need a leak detection that I was charged for or they should give me back my $250 as Josh did not do anything but lie to me again and again.
