11/102022 I called in a service request to American Home Shield (AHS) for a leaking hot water heater. AHS assigned the water heater Claim# [protected]. 11/17/2022 AHS Debited my checking account for $75 service trade fee. The contractor VTEC was at my home to inspect the water heater. I have been getting a run around from AHS/Contractor and the heater leaking.

Desired outcome: To have the Hot Water Heater repaired/replaced as soon as possible.
