My name is Laura Melton, the reason for this complaint form because the American General Life Insurance Company has not honored their life insurance claim. My aunt had the insurance all of life she passed away February 08, 2021 in my home at 48 Joshua Court, Deatsville, AL 36022. My phone number [protected]. I have sent them the death certificate for her, the death certificate for her husband and her mother. I have sent them all the information they ask for. 1. HIPAA Authorization- Life Claims paperwork. That information was sent to them on 04/22/2021 no answer from them. Mrs. Annie Tarver Andrews was born on October 28, 1928. At the age of her death, she was 94. She came to live with me because she had Alzheimer's Disease. She stated with me upon her death. When she was alive, she lived at 389 Rodgers Road, MIDWAY, AL 36053. If you need any more information, you can email me at [protected]@charter. net the funeral home is Carter Funeral Home 302 Carter Street, Union Springs, Alabama 36089, [protected]. The was supposed to pay the funeral home and what was left was to go to the caregiver. The company keep sending out letters, but they don't want to pay the claim. If you need more information, I can provide you with the deaths certificate upon request.

Desired outcome: And the funeral expense the claim # <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>/ SS <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>.
