Amazon Prime Video review: Bait and switch

Rented a 4.99 movie, after 1 minute realized did not have english sub titles as advertised. Attempted to cancel, not offered. spent 20 minutes on the phone to get to a chat. Then it switched to an ask me app, verified me with my cc then charged me $70.00 for service which amazon should have provided. Now still on hold for over 18 minutes trying to speak with customer service. Will be disputing all charges tomorrow. Crappy Crappy Crappy customer service.
