I filled in an online order for a laptop in good faith. Now I suspect this is a scam. No e-mail or SMS, just a missed telephone call from their number.
I telephoned the number and was repeatedly asked to press this number, that number and yet another number, eventually giving my order number and then receiving a recorded message informing me that my order had been cancelled.
Desired outcome: Alza to be informed that I have made this complaint about poor and / or faulty online customer service.
