Hired him and his "company" Aly's Builders or ABC to lay down tile and install shower & vanity in a small bathroom. Plain and simple, it was a horrible job that was rushed. His measurements were off, tiles not cut properly, shower and vanity installed all wrong. He also never painted like he promised even though I never asked him to. He promised to comeback and resolve the issues, that took 2 months. I then asked for my money back promised he would, gave his word and a story about his character but never gave me back a dime. He sells you a dream to get the job but don't waste your Money & Time with this amature. I only hired him because the person who was supposed to do the job for a lot less and a lot better, left town abruptly and I was pressured to get it done, don't make the same mistake I did.
Now doing business as C.I.A Homes, Comstruction Inmovation Agency, Joseph Cippola does crappy work. He was recently sued on the People’s Court. Homeowner beware. Do yourself a favor, save time and lots of money, hires real professional.
I have no problem backing up my negative review. He can say what he wants but the fact is that he is horrible at what he does and i am not the only one to complain. He was taken on People’s Court where he did his little crying routine same as he did with me so I would feel sorry for him. He put tiles backwards, didn’t make clean cuts and didn’t complete the job. Hire him if you want, you’ll be like me, regretting it. Just look at his reply, he is obviously not sane. He is threatening to call the FBI. Stay away that’s my advice. Hire reliable, insured and licensed people. Learn from my mistake.
I can honestly back up my negative review, stay clear of this guy. He knows nothing, will sell you a dream and deliver a nightmare. He is not all there, he threatened to call the FBI on me but I have a clean record, can’t say the same about him. This guy is really a mess and has way too many problems. He would tell me all about it and i just wanted my bathroom done. Stay away from Joe Cipolla fake contractor. Hire a licensed, insured and reputable contractor even if you spend more. Don’t make the same mistake. Just look at the photos I posted. Look him up on people’s court.
You are a crook Sir. Your pictures prove nothing and our CONSISTENT referrals prove you wrong. We lost ONE job because of your unwarranted review. What are your pictures of anyway? Lol. Show before and after. Not the mess you made made months after We were done. The money we are laying out to investigate you is going to be worth exposing you for the fraud you are. The gentleman is a crook making this complaint. Be happy to show anyone my beautiful work and it’s obvious because there are no more complaints. He works for an insurance agency and scams insurance companies out of more money using contractors. He only wrote this review because I refuse to work with him and scam people. His name is Freddy from Yonkers. I will now be reporting him to the FBI so let’s hope that in my follow up, and I can post a picture of his arrest.
