Alvarez Truck Repair review: Replace motor in my dump truck I paid in full over 10 months ago still nothing

I paid a total of $4000 on November 02 2021 to Alverez Truck Repair to remove old motor and install new motor in my dump truck. my new motor $4,089 was delivered to Alverez business in January 2021 to be installed which I was told it takes 2-3 days... I call its always a different excuse. or they will tell me this week it will be done still nothing they moved to a new shop and working on everyone else truck but mine.
