Thank you ALPS group for saving the day. I was with another property management company who were actually 'mis-managing' my property in IL. I had liens on the property because the lawn was overgrown, they'd let a rental license lapse with the city, and stopped answering my calls. ALPS are (slightly) more expensive but came with a good recommendation from a trusted friend. In just a few weeks, ALPS had turned it all around, fixed all the problems, and handled everything. I feel safe in the knowledge that they're in control of the property, and it feels truly like a turn-key investment again.

I've had a great experience with ALPS Group after switching over from another management company in the same market. ALPS manages four single family rental units for me in Cook County.I've found them to be communicative and responsive and knowledgeable. When I have an issue I feel that I can actually reach out to a real person and get the help or information I need. The tenant relations team does a good job communicating with my tenants. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and is a good source of advice and suggestions.All around, it's just night and day compared to the big national company I was with before. Much better level of service.

I switched my 6 rental properties in the Chicago area to ALPS for property management in October after my existing management company closed without warning. They made the switch as painless as it could be. Since then, they have solved some maintenance issues that previously were ongoing and never solved by my other company. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is to have people who understand construction and know what's in the best interest of the property for it to remain in good condition for the long term. They are consistently responsive to email and have always done the right thing. I like their online portal which is user friendly. I think this is the 4th property management company I have had in my career, and so far they are in a whole different category than the others. Highly recommend.
