Alorin review: Do not order from this company

I ordered 3 exfoliating towels from Alorin.com to give as stocking stuffers. The policy says they will arrive in 7-12 days. I never received them. It has been over 30 days. I have contacted the company several times and was told they would not refund because the towels have shipped. They assure me they are on the way, but cannot give me tracking information. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and they will not give it to me.
