Ally investment took all my savings, lock them up due to failing a verification process using "public records" containing erroneous information that one can find on shady sites like mylife and google search engines. The online shady sites they sold them fake information and they bought it so they use it as truth no matter what. They refuse verification through reliable official sites like bank notary or official documents. Customer service hangs up on the customer and are unwilling to give options to submit further paperwork. They insist that their verification questions are true even though it has nothing to do with one's profile/actual address or phone number and even one's social security or license. Even after submitting official documents they refuse to communicate by email or phone. They took all my savings without any hope or options of getting it back. They took away online access and lock the accounts. There is no accountability, no integrity, its a "no customer service" company.
