Ally Auto Financial review: Complaint

Every since I took my auto draft off my account and make a payment via the website they keep returning the payment and try to put a late fee on my account in February they did the same thing as March I made the payment on March 3 they held onto it until the 9th then said it was returned I called on the 9th spoke to McKenna he said it will be taken out by midnight it wasn’t therefore I paid with a debit card the bank said they never received the request the same as last month I AM NOT PAYING A LATE the banking info in the mobile is correct those foreigners do t know what the hell they are doing or talking about I want this corrected I will be calling the BBB about this. I offered to have the bank in the phone they declined
