I have been fighting with this company for well over a year now. The first year it was due to products not being received, then they double billed me for a yearly subscription for their 2022 boxes, followed by their going into some form of bankruptcy, and now they're back but I have not received ANY product this year.
I started emailing them in March about the double charge which resulted in one of the payments. At the time, I decided to stick with the company for the 2022 year, against my better judgement, and now I am out $238.49.
When they came back from bankruptcy, I began emailing them that I want a refund of the yearly payment of $238.49. The most recent email to them was on Aug,5, 2022. In that email I entered the wrong amount of $216.79 but that was the charge that was refunded on 1/26/22, leaving the balance of $238.49.
They have not responded at all to that email. I am DEMANDING a refund from them!
Desired outcome: I expect a refund of the $238.49.
