I have not gotten a positive answer to any of my claims. They one thing Allsup does that I like, is that they have all of my things in one place for the information that is needed. But I do not like my representatives not calling me back. Back in October and November I asked the chat and called the information number, to ask them how to add a witness to my appeal hearing. This representative didn't call us back at all. The appeal date ended being rescheduled due to a wind storm knocking out power at the appeal location. So, it was rescheduled to May 5th. During this time, I got a new representative and no one called me about it. I only knew because I got a document I needed to sign about changing people. But no one said why and I wasn't officially introduced. He called me about two weeks before my scheduled hearing. When he went down the list of things to expect he didn't mention adding any witness, nor did I think about it at the time. But on the 5th was my appeal appointment on a phone call. I was my only witness. And I got the feeling that it didn't go well. I also hate phone interview because you cannot see people's reaction. I don't know yet if this appeal will be approved or not, but I don't have a good feeling about the issue.

Recommendation: Still unsure it I regret it or not.
