Our LG TV 75” intermittently turns off - screen goes black for 5-10 seconds then turns back on ( by itself) and shows Dolby Vision in the upper right hand corner.
Since it’s intermittent, it’s very difficult to explain. We set up a video recording on a tripod and were able to capture the issue.
When we called Allstate, they scolded us for taking so long to respond to our initial claim in November.
I immediately asked for a supervisor because *** was rude and condescending.
When he came back from putting us on hold, he said he’s giving us a “one time exception” and sent us an email for us to upload our issue.
Desired outcome: New TV as this tv is defective. I believe they know it’s defective and are trying to get out of us filing a claim and fulfilling our claim.
