I want to thank Allstate Roofing for the work they have done on our home. Allstate Roofing did a great job! Working with the company was great. The communication and the customer service during the replacement of the roof was excellent. I give Allstate roofing 5 Stars!

This years rain showed we had a leak in the roof. Due to time constraints of leaving for a couple months, I needed to get some quotes done right away. calling a number of contractors I was either told they are too busy or never heard/saw them again.I called Allstate, but they were fairly busy. They recognized our situation and put us on a cancelation list should something come up. By the end of the day they called and confirmed an estimate the next morning.Arriving a few minutes early, one of the owners took the time to review the issue, check the roof and provide us some options. He was very up front and honest, explained a quick repair, partial replacement and full replacement. Given the age of our original roof, it was time for a full replacement. He recognized the patio roof was in great shape and recommended a quick reseal.Being in/out of Arizona, our timeframes were unique, but Allstate made it work with our schedule.I would se them again and cant say enough about the great customer service and clear communications. Need more companies like this who actually recognize the importance of customer service. Thanks ***!

K My *** home roof was not the easiest of roofs to install and Allstate was wonderful to work with. The men who worked on the roof were extremely professional and I was very impressed with how clean everything was when they left at the end of each day. *** was there daily to check on the progress and to answer any questions I had. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their work and how great my roof looks. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for an honest company with integrity that does a great job. From the first contact with the office staff to working with Nelson & crew in the field everyone was awesome! Nelson (Field Supervisor) is Amazing as each day he provided us updates and checked the work of the crew. Most importantly to us he went the extra effort with the crew to make sure all the replacement tiles were hidden on the back part of the roof. Their choice of asphalt underlayment is a superior product to the synthetic underlayment that was offered by others. Their price was right in the middle of all the others, but with better product and longer warranties Allstate Roofing was the best choice. We would recommend them to others for roofing services.

After getting quotes from three companies, we chose Allstate Roofing because they had the better warranty and seemed to be the most professional. *** and his team did a wonderful job replacing the underlayment on our roof. We are a property management company, so a clean ROC report, quality of workmanship and communication are all paramount as we have to rely on solid work along with coordinating the work with our contracted vendors and our tenants. Allstate Roofing was an extremely professional company to work with and they have excellent communication, from the office staff to their workers at the jobsite. The project foreman met with us to answer questions, inspect the work performed and they finished on time. We have worked with several roofing companies over the years and Allstate Roofing also offers the best warranty of any company we have worked with. They left the jobsite spotless and did a final walkthrough to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Finally, the office reached out to us the following week just to make sure we were totally satisfied and confirm we had all of our questions answered. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Allstate Roofing. I had requested additions and changes to their initial proposal a couple of times and always got immediate responses. All costs and fees were clear and nothing was added or hidden. My entire roof was re-done on my 1999 house and I am pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism. Did a great job on underlayment replacement and replaced tar and chip patio roof. Kept me informed during the entire process. Brad R went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Allstate roofing did an excellent job and in record time. After talking with the manufacturer of the underlayment material I found out that for the Phoenix area they recommend two layers of underlayment over the whole tile roof, not just the ridges and valleys. That is what Allstate did and it cost a little more than $2000 extra vs. single layer for our 2300 sq. ft. single story home. The real benefit is that the warranty for materials and workmanship went from 15 years (single layer) to 30 years (double layer)! And the warranty is transferrable if you sell your home. The work crew was very efficient and the project manager (Brad) was very professional and attentive. The first 2 days there were 4-6 workers on the roof. The entire job was finished in 5 days. Several neighbors commented on how fast the job got done. And there were no surprise extra costs. I highly recommend Allstate Roofing.

My experience was very positive from the initial estimate to completion of the project. No hidden charges, no “newly discovered" problems - just totally professional in every way. I thought the pricing was fair and I received excellent value. Excellent communication from the office staff in scheduling the job and following up after completion.
