Dear Allied School Management I hope you are doing well. I am bringing a very serious issue in your notice. My son Muhammad Musa is a student of class 3 in Allied School Jinnah Campus-II Opp Tariq CNC HMC road Taxila.
I tried many time to submit my son fee online but every time fee submission failure due to IBAN wrong so today i went to school to discuss about wrong IBAN on fee voucher because IBAN will always start from PKXX Bankcode Acc NoXXX. but the Representative of your Allied School campus behave unprofessionally he said i don't know everything is mentioned on fee voucher. I tried many time to convince him about this issue but his behaviour was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I really appreciate your education standard as we know every thing is digital and i need to submit my son fee online i have no time to come every month for fee submission.
Fee voucher is attached for your corrective action. Your early response will be highly appreciated.
Desired outcome: Need to correct IBAN number on fee voucher and place trained staff in schools.
