Sandscape
I ordered the sandscape a month before Christmas and it didn’t arrive until the day after. The most disappointing thing was that it came from China. When I ordered, there was nothing to indicate it was made in China. I could have ordered from Amazon for half the price. Also, it has already stopped working. Would not buy anything else from this company.

I ordered 4 things from Tillyliving and they said that they would send 2 items in each shipment. However, one of the shipments never came. I checked the tracking number they gave me, but it didn't work. I sent them an email to ask about it and they said that it was put in my mailbox. But it wasn't there. It wouldn't have fit anyway. I was really disappointed. When I told them about it, they just said sorry and that they don't cover lost items. I don't recommend buying from them. I've seen other reviews that say the same thing.

I'm super bummed about Tillyliving. I put in a big ol' order for some wooden utensils, serving trays, and salt and pepper shakers for my Christmas shopping, and it was over $4,000! When the items started arriving about a month later, they were all jumbled up in the boxes with no packing slips to tell me which items were from which order. Plus, some of the utensils and trays were broken! What a bummer.
I reached out to Customer Service, thinking that they would totally have my back with their Satisfaction Guarantee. But it was a whole thing. I had to send them pictures and answer a million questions, and even then it took forever for them to send me replacements for the broken items. And the missing items? They kept saying they were on the way, but they never showed up. I was getting really worried that I wouldn't have everything in time for Christmas.
I tried to contact them again, but they've gone totally silent. I'm missing almost $1,000 worth of stuff, and they won't even respond to my emails! I'm thinking about getting some legal advice, but honestly, I would just recommend not buying from Tilly Living at all. It's such a bummer, because I was really excited about their stuff, but this whole experience has been a total letdown.
