allegro freight services inc review: failure to pay

Allegro Freight Services are a logistics and freight forwarding company based in Milton Ontario.
in 2013 they contracted ourselves in New Zealand to arrange the movement of their customers product from New Zealand to Canada.
we had dealt with them previously without problems, we are also an international freight forwarder based in New Zealand.
the attached invoice for NZ$4542.95 still remains unpaid to date, despite many emails and phone calls to the company owner Linnga Margosutahjo (AKA Fannie). The file has been passed to an international debt collector without result.
There is no dispute surrounding the invoice, we have contacted the consignee who has advised he paid Allegro in full on receipt of the goods. Allegro appear to be operating a scam where they bill the consignee and do not pay the consignor.
i have since discovered they have done the same thing to several overseas based Freight Forwarders.
they are a bad advertisement for Canada Business and should be avoided at all costs.
