Dentures were purchased, made for me, but I took them back more than once because I could not wear them, they hurt my mouth. Now allcare is gone, and I cannot force them to replace the teeth. Guess I am just out my money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
SAME BOAT, TWO TIMES ALLCARE POURED PERMANENT TEETH AND I CAN NOT WEAR MINE EITHER. I HAD THEM SINCE JULY 2010 IN MY CUPBOARD AND OWE 3500.00? WOW, I AM SO SORRY I WENT THERE AND FINANCED MY TREATMENT PLAN CONCIDERING THE DENTIST GOT PAID ALL UP FRONT. I PAID ALREADY 1900.00 FOR PART OF BILL I AGREE WITH BUT FEEL I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THESE PAINFUL, IRREGULAR, UGLY, UNUSED PLATE AND PARTIAL. YES, THEY CLOSED VERY ABRUBPTLY LEAVING PATIENTS AND EMPLOYEES IN LIMBO WITH NO ACCESS TO RECORDS AND OUTRAGEOUS CONTINUOUS CALLS FROM FINANCE COMPANY THAT DENIED MY DISPUTE AND TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE DENTIST THAT IS NO LONGER THERE, ALREADY ATTEMPTED AND TALKED TO ALLCARE REGARDING REFUND, I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE YET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, # 22. GRRR
My teeth and gums hurt daily Dentures never fit, went through many oral surgeries because the way they pulled my teeth Neuroloigist now for the pain I have I hope they go through the pain they gave allof us one day
