Allheart review: 5 sets of nursing scrubs

11/19/2015 my invoice number is [protected] my tracking number that is invalid is 9261290100142963591662 which when i try to track it says NOT FOUND the postal service could not locate the tracking information for your request! my order # is AH006431977. i so wish that i could take a screen shot of the emails and the summary in order for you to see! I ordered 2 cherokee workwear snap front 2 pocket solid red top 15.98 ea which is 31.96. i ordered 3 cherokee workwear snap front 2 pocket in royal blue which is 15.98 ea is 47.94 so my total for my shirts is 79.90. i ordered 2 cherokee workwear red scrubs elastic waist pants which is 14.98 which comes to 29.96. i also ordered 3 scrubs elastic waist pant in royal blue which is 14.98 ea which comes to 44.94.the total for the pants is 74.90. so grand total for all shirts and pants is 154.80. add the shipping charge to this (21.99) total is now 176.79. I had a coupon for 10.00 off and now the total is 166.79. My bank card was charged 166.79. at 5:02am on 11/19 there was a charge of 14.98 on my bank account along with the 166.79 charge. Now if you add up everything that i have records of you will see that even though my item that was on back order (red elastic waist pants) is included in the 166.79 total. so i call the [protected] number and get a young lady by the name of Amanda she would not give me her employee id number! she tried to explain that they do not charge until backorder items are shipped! No mam that is not the case here i tried to explain that to her what was charged to my bank. she NEVER let me speak cause evertytime i told her thats not what my bank says she would cut me off and yada yada yada! so after about 15 mins i asked her for her name, she says she cant hear me and i on my business phone so i tell her mam dont be professional i can hear everything in the background. could i please speak to someone else, no we cant transfer. can i talk to a supervisor no they are all in a meeting i ask is this a call center after asking 3 times she says yes then i need the number to the main office not the call center we cant give that out! so at the same time im googling this company and i infor her of that can i put you on hold well of course you can thinking im getting somewhere right well low and behold another young lady gets on the phone wanting to know what the problem is. Nope i dont want to talk to the call center mam i need this place of businesses billing dept. can you hold yes mam then a gentleman got on the phone by the name of Robert employee # 4152 WOW there is a number to associate the name with ummmmm i was under the impression there was no such thing according to amanda that could not hear me!so he says hes gonna take off the shipping charges except for 5.oo flat rate shipping and this is actually more that the 14.98 dispute i have. that is correct and thank you for that im still waiting on my bank to contact me that that has been done. 14.98 is a lot to some folks to be charged for no apparent reason! My beef is how dare you charge anything without my approval? i approved 166.79 and NOTHING ELSE! this is theft and against the law! I want what i paid for and i have filed a complaint to my bank to not allow another think be taken out of my account from ALL HEart ever again. allow the credit which is probably bogus and i will file a complaint with the BBB. i have emailed them several times and even told them id send a screen shot of the charges but they havent responded. So i would like a credit to my bank account then you get rid of all my information pertaining to my card since you are charging things that you are not allowed to do and i would like a good tracking number so that i can track to see if this stuff ever does arrive..my shipping dept is on the look out for this package. my daugher in law is graduating RN with a BS DEGREE she will be over numerous employess and you guessed it none of us will ever order from these people again!
