All Florida Safety Institute review: Cancellation of 1 hour road test practice April 21 2023

Hi Team,

This is to inform, that my 1 Hour Practice Session, which was scheduled on April 21,2023 @ 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, at 17814 US-41 Lutz, FL 33548, was CANCELLED by All Florida Safety Institute due to their instructor being unavailable.

The SHOCKING, part was that after spending $40 in taxi & traveling 1 hr. from my home to the above mentioned location, I received the cancellation notification, only after reaching the said location.

Now this has happened several times, the first being on Mon, Apr 3, 2023 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM.

On my test day (April 21,2023), I spoke with Emily Reily (my instructor) & George (he's the senior guy there), about the above mentioned concerns, where they promised to help refund my 1 Hour Practice Session, back to me. They said that they have notified/will notify Brandy, the manager about the same and she would help process the refund back to me.

Hence, I now humbly request you to refund my money after deducting the In Car - Road Test fee. Please REFUND the 1 Hour Practice Session amount ASAP back to the original mode of payment.
