Frank Rascon owner of all these companies does not keep to the contract. I had an initial estimate with sale res. Gilbert Aldaz to repair pool floor, install pool liner, relocate pool equipment. Frank Rascon called personally to assure me work would be started immediately as soon as contract was signed and deposit made. On the 27 of December 2017 I gave the deposit and the delays started soon after. The plumber came but without the tools and equipment he needed for relocation of pool equipment. The liner could not be shipped because I had not chosen it. The liner is delayed because it was a newer version. The liner has not arrived so they could not proceed with completion of pool. I gave a final deadline of March 26, 2018 for completion of work, if not completed by then I required a full refund. Frank agreed, now that the deadline has passed he has not refunded the amount and he has not completed work. Do not hire this man or any company he represents.
