On December 28th 2022 I ordered 3 beanbag chairs the money was taken from my account and shipping said 7-15 days well it's almost 30 days I track the order and since January 10th its showing it's just sitting somewhere in San Francisco CA. I cant get in touch with the company I ordered one of the chairs from Blastvibe which pretty sure is same fake company. I'm contacting my bank I want my $120.00 ,back yes because its alot of $ to some people like me. I would like these Companies to be held accountable. Theres no beanbag chairs I recieved 3 pairs of Earmuffs which came from China.

Desired outcome: My money back and for them to be held accountable.

Blastvibe scammed me too for 2 bean bag n said 10-20 days then said my order was ready to be picked up and gave me an address said it was from global logistics call the phone number they emailed me back they sent me all the tracking information. It’s a big scam took all my money DO NOT BUY

I have absolutely the same situation! They fool people with fake tracking number! Never received and nobody answered support! Don’t buy! Now they change name of the site jewelrybob.com

Blastvibe is a SCAM...

I ordered 2 beanbag chairs (in January 2023) through Blastvibe, they took my money and sent me some UGLY earmuffs, in place of the 2 beanbag chairs.

Now I'm trying to get my money back through my bank!

Same thing happened to us... We ordered 3 of them for us and our kids. We stayed up on the tracking and 5 days ago it said it was in Toledo Ohio 43605 and that's all. Then I checked the tracking today and it said delivered 10 days ago.

WHAT!

not only did the status change from on the way to delivered 10 days ago... But we have a security video camera at our door where u can see the mailbox and front door... Nothing has been delivered here... I sent an email... I have yet to hear anything back about the matter.

Same thing happened to me. Placed order for one bean bag chair and my card was charged $49.98 but I never received the item. I contacted them with the tracking number and they never responded. Received ear muffs! What a joke! I can't believe these scammers get away with this!

I'm dealing with these scammers too. I bought 2 bean bag chairs, and had to email them multiple times to get a tracking number which of course turned out to be fake to. I' filled a complaint and I didn't even get ear muffs

I ordered a oversized bean bag chair, and it shows on the tracking that it got delivered on 1/31/23. I never got it! I emailed them and told them that I have stopped payment on my credit card, and I'm turning this company over to the fraud department.

I tried to cancel the order and here is the response I got back.

We are sorry for the delay due to the hot sale season.There are thousands of emails and packages waiting for us,we are sorry that we can’t respond to you in time.

And since your package has been shipped out and on its way normally,to our apologies that we can’t cancel it for you.

You can enter your tracking number:or tracking your order and viewing details, but please note that there is a delay in updating tracking information in this online system.

And the shippers informed us that under the very strict custom inspection, which might cause the delay, could you

please kindly wait for it and we will offer you a biggest discount as compensation for the delay at that time.

Same thing happened to me I ordered on Jan 1, 2023 and never received my order but they pulled the money from my account. I emailed them several times with no reply and now if I try to view my order it says website not found. Today I got a note in my mail stating it was at the post office but had illlegal postage on it so I need to go pay to pick it up. I paid 5.60 to get it and the package was smaller than I expected and when I opened it, it was a pair of earmuffs, so I am now disputing the charge with my bank. They are 100 💯 scammers
