Alight Solutions review: Extremely difficult to get a real person to help and there is a lot of red tape

My employer uses Alight Solutions as the 401K administrator. It is nearly impossible to get a real person to help with important questions. Their website uses a second level of authentication that is supposed to send a text message but that text message does not ever arrive. And we live in the USA with no issues with text messages. If you need any changes like a Rollover out processed, it is next to impossible. You have to call them several times for the payment to leave their account.
