Been unsuccessfully trying to enrol in a New York Life Health Retirement Account plan through Alight for over a month. Company is riddled with incorrect information, website errors, long periods of being on hold, no qualified people to speak to, etc. After waiting since 12/3/25, on 12/18/25 I was on the phone for 2.5 hours only to be told their system is not operational. Last 2 times I called, lack of qualified staff was the excuse. Their websit cannot process transactions and tells you to call, but no qualified representative are ever available.
