Alienware review: Bad quality laptop

I have the Alienware m16R2 laptop that has been truly terrible to me. It started bluescreening and week after I got it or something and did it every day and later began overheating for no reason so I went to the geek squad and they said it was a motherboard issue and figured out how to just swap the computer completely. So I got a new one and ofc a year goes by as the warranty just passes and the whole time I’m dealing with a laptop with like 2 hr battery life and then a row of keys stops working. I take it to geek squad once I finish the year in college with an external keyboard for writing all my tens of papers and they say it’s a hardware issue that is going to take nearly 500$ to fix. It’s already like an 1800$ laptop. The quality control with this product is horrendous, I won’t be buying another Alienware again.
