Alexander Forbes Group Holdings review: Non compliance 2021 tax submission to sars

Two weeks ago I received notification from Sars related to outstanding IRP5 information from Alex Forbes. Not Submitting the Tax information to Sars for a tax directive for 2021 due to a lump sum payout. I would phone and follow up with emails but I'm being told they will follow up. Though I have a contact person's name, I am referred to another consultant. After every all, I follow up via iemail to Admin@alexforbes.com. Since I contacted Alexander Forbes' help line, I have to repeat all the information, ID, full names, email address and contact details. I contacted Sars to check and verify when the tax directive and tax certificate was issued to Alexander Forbes. According to Sars it was issued in 2021 financial year. The lump sum was paid in financial year 2022. Alex Forbes shed me my IRP5 tax certificate and supporting documents, but I was told by the Sars agent, that I Cannot Load The Information. It is AFs Responsibility To Do It. I phone upto times a day to explain to AFs consultants what Sars I syructed me to do, but is told they cannot help me. I spoke to several consultants including, Portia, Lesego, Daphne, Tebogo, Bheki, amongst so many other consultants. On Friday, 17 July 2026, Tebogo, in a nonchalant manner, that Claims Department will contact within 3 to 5 working days. Meanwhile, Sars, constantly send notifications for outstanding submissions of 2021. Being a state pensioner I have to borrow money for airtime to call Alexander Forbes and Sars. My tax refund is being WITHHOLD because ALEX FORBES have not filed MY tax information since 2021and therefore cannot refund what is due to me.
