Persistent leaks in the roof that leaked into the main upstairs bathroom. 3 visits to correct the problem by Alan Kunsman Roofing and Siding. Completion of fix to leak left roof with mis-match colored shingles of roofing. In addition it was noted that shingles were curling and roof looked in need of repair. In 2008 calls were consistently made to Allen Kunsman Roofing and Siding due to this issue. A certificate from GAF was given for 16 squares to replace defective shingles. Alan Kunsman Roofing and Siding sent a deplorable estimate to replace the roof and calls were made by us, the homeowners thinking a mistake was made. No calls were returned. Two years later no satisfactory repairs have been made and calls are continuously evaded for repairs. The shingle certificate issued by GAF (originally a 2 year certificate) has since expired and no resolution has been reached. Discontinuence of calls to Don Link have ceased however continued calls to the owner, Alan Kunsman have resulted in no closure.
