Alabama Department Of Human Resources / Dhr.Alabama.gov review: Interview was before I received the letter in the mail

The letter telling me when my interview was came the day after my interview so I had no idea I missed it until then.. I called immediately to reschedule its been over a week i've heard nothing except we will get it rescheduled no letter in thre mail no phone call i've been on top of the phone to make sure I ding miss it.. When you call the dhr it ask for you to press 9 for food assistance it automatically says no messages left on this phone and hangs up on you every time I tried it several times.. You can never talk to anyone there to try to get any information I have a small child and i'm not used to not having my benefits this long we depend on them and not being able to find anything out is scary
