Al Ghandi Auto I got fine more than 21 time in 2 days with Malibu

Chevrolet Malibu I did take for rent 4 days and Starting day to End I got 21 Speed Camera fines. also I didn’t go in dubai above 130km and Abu dhabi also didn’t go above 140km, its in my life first time experience from Malibu. So I did paid the amount with rent a car. Now I need a feedback why its came like this wrong? and What can I do for the Next my experience with Malibu. if any chance to make checking with showroom I can bring the vehicle, More than 9900 dhs Paided its not good also the mistake need to be find from chevrolett Company Team for your customer happy.. am driving in uae more than 10 years… so Ita a bad experience with Malibu. I hope will get a well information from Your team.. Thanku

Al Ghandi Auto Regular Car service

29th of March my car GMC Acadia black should do the regular service after handed over my car to an Agent called Mona she said the car will be ready by 2pm.

she did call 2pm to inform they have to change the battery and the price is 550 AED , I replied saying it is fine please do.

called again 3pm , 3:15 , 3:30 till 4pm she never replied again.

took a taxi to the service centre and I was surprised , the answer was SORRY WE CLOSED.

what ? how ? where is my car ?

then the security said I have to pay 850 AED for the battery and take your car dirty it is not washed.

Al Ghandi Auto General service Ana

Ras Elkhor branch has the worst customer service that you can think of!

I dropped my car for service and engine check - the had it for 3 days and didn’t do anything on it neither bothered to call me for an update despite calling then like 10 times a day - all what I get “someone will call you back” after 3 days they call me to say they don’t have the keys. Asked for car replacement - promised to check and never can back to me despite several follow ups! They are horrible in simple words and I don’t recommend them at all!

Al Ghandi Auto Slow service and not providing proper information

Hi.

I hand over my car yesterday to the service in alquoz time square branch. Today I'm waiting for their call as I was told that we will update you. I have been trying on and on but nobody answers me. How would I know if nobody answer what happened to my GMC. The wheels are very noisy. So I told them to check it and let me know what's the problem.

Al Ghandi Auto GMC Yukon XL SLT

I have had a very bad experience with Ras Al Khor Service centre, the seat buckle for our GMC Yukon SLT was damaged and it is not properly locking the buckle. We ordered the parts on warranty almost a month back and we got a call from Al Ghandi team when the parts arrived in their store. We sent the vehicle on 09/11/2022 and the service advisor promised us that the part is available and will be fixed. But to our surprise, the service advisor simply said that the part is fixed in someone else's vehicle and they will place a new order, this is absolutely unprofessional, it is a safety related part and Al Ghandi simply gave the part to someone else

Al Ghandi Auto Auto service

Hi This is Mr. jean Ghalo Here. I have a complain about Al Ghandi Auto service my car is Chevrolet Tahoe plate number H-72180. last service I did it on 27/05/2022. And when I received my car there is something wrong with my car like when switch off the car Ac and screen start automatically. there is some sounds coming from tires so noisy. when I’m complaining about it to Al Ghandi near Time square sheikh Zayed road. that I did the service before some days ago and I pay huge amount to fix my car. now the car situation is so bad. they told me to bring the car to al Ghandi and after that they start calling and finding a lot of problems in my car and ask me to pay a huge amount again. they do not know how to deal with the customer and fix the problems. they start explanation and have very bad behavior. we trust on Al Ghandi to do a good car service for us like before. My car is still in Al Ghandi near time square I want to fix this issues. I am writing this email to inform you about my case seeking your support if possible thanks.

Al Ghandi Auto Service

I have captiva 2013 model from Al Ghandi UAE, I used to take it for service at the showroom but after their service Level getting low I stoped they don't have enough employee to cover the waking, appointment been taking making customer waiting for hours with very low quality for soft skills specially the sheikh zayed service center manager name is Morely I think he helped other customer with no appointments to handover their cars while others as well came with out an appointment a waking customer to keep waiting. And why because the guy was shouting so we need to be un-polit for me to get the service or to hand over my car I was expecting more quality from such a big band as I have another car from Nissan the service there another story very professional behavior and proper action done by them I think I will sale my Chevrolet and buy Nissan to save the headaches I face every time I give my car for service or for checking for any issue and this is not my first issue I faced I had bad history with this brand on same car with zero support.

Desired outcome: To treat old customers as they are new, in professional way

Al Ghandi Auto I am complained on my GMC terrain regular complaint

Sir,
This is Mathew joseph and my vehicle details as follows,
GMC Terrain 2014 model, plate no - AUD-13 -52038 which is in Al Ghandi auto service in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.
We would like to bring your kind attention that, my car has been stocked on road 15th Jan 2021while running and getting indication as (break over heated) and vehicle not moving even giving accelerator. Vehicle in starting condition as normal and not moving at all. Same problem is happening this is 4th time in 7 years' time. Every time we are tacking to your service center and giving back us saying that the problem is resolved and the same issue has been repeating. The vehicle is in extended warranty even though we are fed-up with this problem and now we are in fear condition while driving. Hence, we hereby request you to fix the issue immediately for us and our safety.

Al Ghandi Auto repair works

I had dropped off my vehicle for a few repair works at the Al Ghandi service centre on July 27th, 2019. Since I was travelling to India for 10 days, I visited the centre 2 days in prior and personally discussed the issues with the vehicle in detail with Rajesh(regarding repair works) and Jagadeesh(for non-faulty accident repair works) and also submitted all necessary documents. I had given the complete responsibility of the vehicle to my secretary and also, her contact details were provided to both the advisors for any updates. Yet, there was never a call from their side regarding the works. She had to call Rajesh several times to get a feedback and every time she called the response would be "We need more time, we can't understand what is causing the problem". This continued for around 7-8 days. On the 9th day, the accident work was complete but the repairs were unfinished. Again, my secretary had to keep calling for any updates since there was not a single call from Rajesh. On the 10th day, Rajesh was on a medical leave and the call was directed to another advisor Adnan who then declares that 2 of the repair works have been done and I will be charged for it. This is a case of pure robbery because as per normal protocol, any repair works with charges will be noted and an estimation sheet needs to be prepared and sent to the customer for approval. Only if the customer approves, the works are done. But, that was not the case here. They conveniently avoided any contact and proceeded with the charges. In spite of my secretary calling continuously for the past 10 days, they dint even bother to mention these charges in any of those conversations. Meeting with the manager - Ms.Nancy Intanious was not at all helpful. She promised to look into the matter and said she would call back. She said she needed one day to sort all this out, but later she never bothered to even call back. Her justification regarding the matter was that "Rajesh didn't know that the warranty was expired". Frankly speaking, this was the worst excuse I have ever heard and it felt like I was being cheated by a person without any shame. I ended up paying the charge for the 2 repair works and the vehicle was finally ready on 7th August. Even on the day of collection, Rajesh and Nancy just avoided my secretary and walked away. This utterly disgusted me as I don't believe any customer should be treated with so much disrespect. The receptionist who was seated there himself proclaimed that they never do any charged works without prior customer approval but, clearly they themselves do not give any value to the rules there.
On 7th August, Jagadeesh gives a call to my secretary saying the vehicle is ready and can be collected ASAP. This was at 3.30pm. Once she reached there around 4.30pm and the payment was made, she was again told to wait for half an hour, and this time the reason was that the vehicle is not clean and needs to be washed. I do not understand the meaning of all this. Customer relation and respect has no value there and me being a loyal customer for these many years, I feel utterly robbed and mistreated by the dealing of Al Ghandi. I had also warned them clearly, that this matter will surely be escalated by me to GM head office as this is not the kind of service I expect after 13 years of loyalty. But still, they failed to improve.

In 2016, I had purchased my vehicle on full cash at once payment. There was no kind of loan or installment and that purchase was completely a hassle free one shot purchase. So, I deserve some respect and decent behavior when I am faced with a problem. On my recommendation, 2 of my friends even purchased GMC vehicles because that was the kind of commitment I had with GM and its staff. But, if this particular issue is not settled properly, I will never consider GMC for my next vehicle purchase for sure. And I don't think I would recommend your service to anyone I know because if a priority customer is being treated this way, then I cannot imagine the condition of others.

2 of the complaints were apparently solved but not at all satisfactorily. The wireless charging pad was not working and before repair they had said that it works for all android phones. But after repair and software update, a printed sheet was given saying that the charging pad supports only certain phones as per this list. One of the biggest drawbacks of your team there- lack of proper communication. In spite of treating you like a family, what I experienced was pure disrespect and disregard of the customers' complaints. A few years back, there was an issue with the vehicle that the speed on cruise control was not the same as the speed the vehicle was running in. Because of this I had even got speeding fines at 2 different locations. I had spoken to the service people regarding this, but they never dealt with the issue properly. A lot of procedure was mentioned and their technician couldn't even come up with a solution after checking the vehicle. Since, it was time consuming and chaotic dealing with them; I did not do anything regarding it after that. Now, the vehicle currently is experiencing severe vibrations on long drives. Long sharp vibrations occur every few minutes when the vehicle is travelling on a long straight route. Kindly advice on what needs to be done regarding this issue as I am not ready to face a week-long of delay and unworthy service for this.

Al Ghandi Auto engine vibrating at ideal position & rpm goes down when I lightly press on brake at low speeds

I am Ahmad Dowaymeh, have a Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ 2010 VIN # 1GNUKCE00AR268556, bought from the agency in Dubai, UAE (Al Yosef Motors in January 2011 "then the agency changed to M/s Al Ghandi Motors later") with a lifetime warranty on the engine, gearbox, & A/C.
I am writing based on my memory & on the service reports that I have.
1. Few days before 26th Nov. 2011 (KM reading 24815) & 20K KM service done on 1st Oct. 2011;
a. The car totally shutdown while accelerating from zero from side road to a main road.
b. The car started after few trials.
c. Engine vibrates at ideal position.
d. The car delivered to the agency for checks. The reply from the agency;
i. Throtle body (air intake system) passed fine dust which caused engine to shut-down.
ii. Just FYI, workshop stuff told me that American cars are not well designed & not perfectly suitable for GCC!
2. 17th Feb. 2013 (KM reading 60752) at the 60K service;
a. I complained on engine vibrating at ideal position & RPM goes down when I lightly press on brake at low speeds (feeling the car will shut-down & electrical lighting intensity outside headlamps & inside gages goes down too).
b. Test drive & checks done by agency, the reply is "everything is fine as this is 5.7 engine & such vibration is expected"!
3. Always I feel the vibration, even who ever used the car is commenting the same, but the agency reply is "everything is fine as this is 5.7 engine & such vibration is expected".
4. Please note that all services were done in the agency. Except the 100K is not showing in the records "still I don't know how this service slipped".
5. March 2018; at the 210K service;
a. I have complained on the same "engine vibrating at ideal position & RPM goes down when I lightly press on brake at low speeds".
b. The reply was as usual. Although this time an expert did a test drive.
c. I have insisted on other expert check.
d. The expert at the second time observed that engine pressure goes down while driving. Engine checks required.
e. Engine overhaul required by the third party (AAA service who provides the lifetime warranty).
f. After 10 days & the car is with the agency, they said that AAA rejected to do the engine overhaul on the warranty as the 100K service was missed by me!
g. I have requested to meet the workshop manager (Mr. Patrik), once I reached the receiption, they asked me to wait to inform Mr. patrik, then the reception told me to bring the car later. Mr. Patrik did not show up!.
h. Few days later, I have requested to meet the workshop manager again (Mr. Mohammad). I have met him. It was 15 minutes meeting, Mr. Mohammad mostly was looking into his PC & doing other tasks while I am talking to him!

6. Now,
a. I have done all the services until 210K with the agency to maintain the lifetime warranty.
b. The car never off-road & mostly used as family car.
c. My point is;
i. If I missed the 100K service, why the agency did not notify me that my warranty got effected/cancelled?
ii. Many times I have complained on engine vibration & the reply was nothing.
iii. If missing the 100K service caused such problem which requires the engine to be overhauled, why it popped up at 210K?
iv. The observation of the agency at 210K was not generated from them, it was generated from my after I have insisted!
v. Dose such a problem popped up like this, or it should be built up by time & should have signs.
Other complains FYI;
7. A/C brings outside air while the indoor switch is active.
a. Reply; all American cars are designed in such way!
8. Parts & services are overpriced;
a. Repair the rear/left window costs 1000 AED's. My other car BMW 525 2007 model Repair the rear/left window costs 500 AED's!

I am writing this email to inform you about my case seeking your support if possible.

I have sent my car for service since 3 weeks and struggling to get an update from the agent (Arun). first he said he was on sick leave and then I asked for a specific day where I can get an update. i was given a date of three days later, yet its been a week and no update from him!
