I Khayre Abdala engaged in a business transaction with Mr Darren Brook, manager of the building

owned by the REGUS company by renting an office managed by Mr Brook. When I signed the contract with Mr Brook he gave me a wrong business rate number which was not valid at all.

Hence the problems I encountered dealing with Slough Borough Council. He gave me and the

other occupants a fake business rate which greatly affected my Agency and created many

problems in the correct execution and running of my Agency. Slough Council is demanding an explanation as to the nature of the business rate and its validity. It causes a lot of trouble

and I expect that Regus will get in touch with Mr Brook in order to solve this issue relating to the fake business rate as it is totally illegal to issue fake business rates to clients. He has provided fake business rated multiple times to the occupants of the building owned by Regus. I hope my queries will come to a satisfactory result and reprimand Mr Brook for his illegal and uncalled behaviour. Furthermore there is this entity called IW Group which is responsible for the collection of the rent and I sign the paperwork for IW Group to collect the rent relief from Slough Borough Council but as promised in the contract they did not extend the contract from July 2021 to February 2022 which cause me a lot difficulties as it is illegal to take money from the Council while not providing the service I was expecting. It is obviously an act of blatant fraud from the part of IW Group. I contacted The Council and I let them know what is going on and the illegal acts occurred and perpetrated by said entities. I have to reiterate that my contract began on 12 January 2021 to July 2021 and I requested to extend from July 2021 to February 2022 but that extension did not though IW Group took the rent relief from Slough Borough Council without giving any service and my Agency is not in the building anymore. Furthermore my contract stipulated the rent to be paid was £270 plus VAT which was £50. However in March without due notice they increase the up to £600 a month which obviously puts them in a precarious and difficult situation. I think and I feel I have been treated very badly by those entities I was dealing with and I hope some thorough investigation will take place without delay and a satisfactory outcome will prevail and come to fruition.
