Aishoppercommunity review: Not responding to emails requesting password reset

I have been getting emails almost daily asking to complete a survey but when I went to check my points I realize I forget my password so I asked for a reset so far I have heard nothing an the message says it only takes 30 minutes its been weeks so what the deal all I want to do is check my points. I was there not too long ago but the password saver I use does not have the saved password so I asked for a reset yet I am not getting any answer from them what so ever. No reset email nothing
