A.I.S., Inc. Absolute scam

I paid $40 to AIS Incorporated. Today I found out that it is absolute scam. They ignore my calls and emails. I can’t get refund and can’t get services I paid for. I don’t know if there is a solution. Does someone has an idea? I hope to get money sooner or later.
