The phone they sent me is infected with a virus or malware. When I Google something, it gets directed to "zip-search". When I open an app, a pop up ad appears. Never happened when I opened those apps on my previous phone. The phone (which I've had for less than two months) also freezes up all the time and has glitches nearly every time I try to use it. Sometimes I'm able to restart it. Other times I have to remove the battery to get it to restart. I contacted them. They asked for screenshots. I sent them. A week later I had no response. So I contacted them again. Still no response. A week later I asked how to cancel so I could get a phone through a company that won't send me a phone pre-loaded with a virus or malware. Still no response. Horrible phone, horrible customer service. I included a screenshot showing how my searches get redirected to zip-search, and screen shots of some of the full screen ads that pop up. I've reset apps and the phone and so on. It'll stop for a day then starts happening again. I have discovered using the duck duck go browser prevents my searches from going to zip search, but the ads still pop up almost every time I open the duck duck go browser. I am concerned about entering any personal information or passwords in the phone and never will.
Recommendation: Don't get a phone through airtalk!
