I am a new customer. I had to update my phone. Since then, my pin won't work. I can't access my voicemail. My phone won't hold a charge. I can't use the speaker option. I can't reach anyone in the company over the phone. My sim card stopped working. I am aggravated. Ugh. I want to change phone carriers today. This is crap. It worked fine yesterday; with the exception the phone charger is bad. The phone just doesn't work. The phone is a verde with Android services through Apex.
Desired outcome: Fix it or become a reputable carrier.
