This company called Airport services Simplified (airportservices.ae) is a total scam! They took my money right away, charging me a whopping 56 GBP, and then disappeared into thin air. I strongly advise against using their services because they are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Stay away from them!

This company is a total scam! Be careful, seriously.

They don't answer any phone number, like seriously, none of the numbers they mention actually work. It's like they're playing a game of hide and seek with their customers. We tried calling them multiple times, but it's like talking to a brick wall. No response whatsoever. It's frustrating, to say the least.

And here's the kicker, they had the audacity to charge us $250 for a service they didn't even bother to perform. Can you believe that? It's like they think they can just take our hard-earned money and run away with it. Unbelievable.

Now, let's get into the nitty-gritty details. They claim to offer a bunch of services like Fast Track Immigration, Baggage Transfer Assistance, Transfer Desk Formalities, and Meet at Aircraft Gate. Sounds fancy, right? But here's the thing, they didn't really deliver on their promises. I mean, sure, they gave me an application reference number and all that jazz, but when it came down to it, their service just didn't live up to the hype.

Let me break it down for you. I was flying from Split to Porto, with a layover at Saint Exupery. My arrival flight was V7 2033, scheduled for June 6th at 05:20 PM. My departure flight was HV4844, also on June 6th, but at 06:50 PM. They quoted me a price of 120 bucks, which seemed reasonable at the time. But then, out of the blue, they hit me with that email saying the cost had gone up to 220 dollars! What a bummer.

I gotta give them credit for responding to my email, though. They asked for the passenger name and flight class, which I provided. But honestly, it just left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better from a supposedly professional service like this.

So, all in all, I wouldn't really recommend Airport Services Simplified. Their pricing is all over the place, and their service just doesn't live up to the hype. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable option. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
