To whom it may concern, I ordered a leather Tamitha Keyfob from Aimee Kestenberg. I paid $40.80 for the product. When I received the product, it was damaged. And I tried calling the phone number [protected] but kept getting disconnected, the phone Would ring once and then dropped the call. So I had to go onto the website and contact customer service I spoke with a representative through email by the name of Sharry L. Unfortunately they would not send me a return label in the mail and I had no way to print one, so I had to pay for the return to the post office myself. They received the package according to the Postal Service, it was delivered to them on 3-3-2022 But was not scanned in by them. But was delivered to them by mail. According to the Postal Service’s that I spoke to this morning on [protected]. I have sent this company Aimee Kestenberg Several emails regarding this issue, a week or so ago her response was when we received the package she will get the refund. But they have my package and have not refunded me my money.
