Aim/Anthem Blue Cross (Preferred) review: Denial of all procedures

4 year old herniated disc w sciatica diagnosed in 2018, denied spinal injections after the first one in may 2022, then denied surgery in august of 2022, because they said I could get spinal injections which are still denied. Now I have no job with lots of co pays for all the tests and no repairs. Thanks anthem for using aim. Called both blue cross and aim multiple times multiple days, the answer for denial has changed a few times but neither has been forthcoming with a legitimate reason for denial.
