This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

When the central A/C & Heating unit didn't provide any heats, I called in to request the service. An assigned contractor came out and determined that the heat pump is out, therefore the compressor needed to be replaced. AHS' purchasing department couldn't find compressor with the required model # (which took 6-7 days), now I still have to wait for them to decide on the next options. I have called and spoke to the escalation dept, Rep Hazel told me that I will have to wait another 24 hours for the Authorization Dept to inform me via email of what is my next option. I have told them that since there insurance stated that if they can't fix it then they would replace it, the contractor couldn't fix the compressor and AHS couldn't find another compressor, then they should replace the whole unit.

Desired outcome: For AHS to replace the entire A/C & Heating Unit ASAP. With Texas weather, heat is needed in winter and AC is needed in the summer.
