I am writing this to warn every international trader and freight forwarder: do not trust Agro Mix Elasri or Scepa Sarl. We have fallen victim to a very calculated scheme in Morocco involving their representatives, Karima Elghalid and Mustapha Elasri.
These people operate with a very dangerous method. They took delivery of our goods and then completely disappeared when it was time to pay. When we investigated, we found out they are experts at misleading the Moroccan courts. They managed to get the cargo released without even showing the original Bills of Lading (B/L)! This is a total violation of international trade rules, but they know how to manipulate the local legal system to leave the shipper with nothing.

They are currently facing criminal charges in Morocco because of their fraudulent practices. It’s a nightmare to deal with them, and they show no intention of resolving the situation.
Please, perform a full background check on Karima Elghalid and Mustapha Elasri before signing anything. They act professional at first, but once they have your cargo, you will never see your money.

Recommendation: Never release any agricultural cargo or original Bills of Lading to Agro Mix Elasri or Scepa Sarl without 100% advance payment. Avoid dealing with Karima Elghalid and Mustapha Elasri at all costs. They are professionals at misleading the courts to obtain goods illegally. Do your due diligence and check their criminal records in Morocco first!
