Started process on March 3rd didn't close till July 5th cost me thousands in interest in pawns and loans to get by for five months, about twenty days were added by HUD since they guaranteed my first loan but the rest went to what? Never use them, I got the refinance because we needed the money to get caught up because our son died. Never dreamed it would take this long, kept being strung along until now, what a nightmare.

Claimed loss: About 4,000.00
