AG Denim company review: expensive jeans became unwearable after one wash

After purchasing a premium pair of jeans from AG, I quickly realized the size was actually not true to fit. The denim was 100 percent cotton so I contacted customer service for help. I was told they shrink so I would likely be fine. After washing the denim…the jeans were not wearable. I returned them and after 20 emails +…I was denied a refund. 300 dollars and I was purchasing a smaller size. 5 phone calls and no refund. I am warning all to not spend your money for such horrible treatment.
